If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase Bravame is committed to making things right. We now offer full refunds to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds: We offer full refunds for items returned within the eligibility period. This allows you to confidently purchase, knowing you can receive a full refund if the product does not meet your expectations.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as FINAL SALE or items posing hygiene risks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Final Sale and Sizing Issues: We do not offer refunds for items purchased as final sale, due to a change of mind, or for incorrect sizing.
  • Faulty Items: Customers who receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing fault are eligible for a full refund. Please note that the Bravame Warehouse conducts thorough quality control checks before dispatch and when processing returns.
  • Product Care During Trials: Please handle products with care when trying them on. Items that are damaged manually or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and sent back to the customer.
  • Shipping Costs: Bravame is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
